I used Logic for several years until it became 'Mac Only' (around about version 6) I turned to Sonar because it was really cheap (less than a hundred dollars) very easy to learn, and produced great sounding recordings. My first recording apps were Logic and a little known application (I think now defunct) called N-Track. My secondary recording applications are Logic, Sonar, Nuendo and Acid.
